Do I need an International Driver's License to drive in Peru?
No, your home driver’s license is valid in Peru for 6 months (We recommend to have your passport on you, so police can check your immigration date). Beyond 6 months you need an international driver’s license.

Can I leave Peru with the rented vehicle?
No, we only rent vehicles to stay in Perú (In the agreement we will details the area you will be driving the vehicle).

What are the requirements to rent a vehicle?
Valid Driver's license.
Minimum age 23 years.
Credit card.
Sign the assumption of risk.

Can you help me organize my itinerary?
Yes, We have an experienced team which will be happy to assist you to set up a proper itinerary and provide all the information you would need to get an amazing trip.

Do I have to pay in advance for my reservation?
Yes, we advise to reserve the vehicle in advance to get the best rates and also get in touch with one of our travel advisors who will help you to set up a customized itinerary.

Is there any cost for an additional driver?
Yes, please ask the additional cost.

Can I pay the security deposit with cash?
No, we will use your credit card for the Security deposit.
How many kilometers per day are included with my rental?
It is included 280 kilometers per day.

Can I pick up or drop off the vehicle in a different city?
Yes, the available cities are Cusco, Arequipa, Lima and Puno.

Can I get to Machu Picchu by car?
No, but you can get close by using the new Amazon entrance gate to Machu Picchu.

Is it safe to drive in Peru?
Yes, keep on mind that the drivers Peru are aggressive.
